Oh Norman!, the pet wellness company co-founded by actress Kaley Cuoco, has successfully completed a $2.08 million funding round that exceeded its initial target by 39%. The oversubscribed raise brings the company’s total funding to more than $5 million since its launch in 2023.

The funding round attracted diverse investors spanning consumer wellness, pet care, venture capital, and entertainment sectors. New backers include Brown University, Mars Petcare’s Leap Venture Studio, NQV8, Golden Seeds, and 1731 MGMT, alongside individual investors and returning institutional supporters.

The company emerged from Kaley Cuoco’s personal passion for canine welfare, targeting modern pet parents seeking transparency and effectiveness in wellness products.

Kaley Cuoco partnered with seasoned entrepreneur Katie Hunt to launch the venture, she was the third employee at Warby Parker and later served as Chief Brand Officer at the dating app Hinge, brings substantial startup experience to the pet wellness sector.
